流行性乙型脑炎(以下简称“乙脑”)和钩端螺旋体病(以下简称“钩体病”)均为我区常见病。轻型乙脑和钩体病的脑膜脑炎型,在临床表现上有很多相似之处,不易鉴别,给治疗和预防工作带来很大困难。我区部分县历年来都有误诊病例出现。为探讨这一问题,我们于1979年8～9月将济宁市传染病院,邹县太平公社医院,加祥县、汶上县及金乡县人民医院等单位临床上诊断为“乙脑”而收治的部分患者,进行了流行病学及临床的调查分析,并作血清学检查,现将结果介绍于下:
