以22个芍药品种新鲜花瓣为试材,对总酚、总黄酮、总花色苷含量和抗氧化能力进行了测定和比较。结果表明,芍药花瓣总酚含量为18.52~48.49 mg·g~(-1)(FW),是一种富含多酚的植物器官。不同品种芍药花中总酚、总黄酮、总花色苷和抗氧化能力差异较大。其中紫及紫红色品种富含花色苷,含量为0.97~4.01 mg·g~(-1)(FW)。抗氧化能力评价显示,单瓣品种‘粉玉奴’、‘红盘托金’以及其它紫红等深色品种均表现出更强的活性。花瓣提取物中的多酚、花色苷含量与其抗氧化活性均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),表明酚类物质和花色苷是芍药花抗氧化活性的物质基础。
Twenty-two fresh petals of peony cultivars were used as materials to determine and compare the total phenolic, total flavonoids, total anthocyanin content and antioxidant capacity. The results showed that total phenolic content of petals was 18.52-48.49 mg · g ~ (-1) (FW), which was a polyphenol-rich plant organ. Different varieties of peony flowers total phenols, total flavonoids, total anthocyanins and antioxidant capacity vary greatly. The purple and purple varieties are rich in anthocyanins, the content is 0.97 ~ 4.01 mg · g ~ (-1) (FW). Antioxidant ability evaluation showed that the single-lover varieties ’Fengyu slave’, ’Red plate gold’ and other purple and other dark-colored varieties showed more activity. The contents of polyphenols and anthocyanins in petal extracts were significantly and positively correlated with their antioxidant activities (P <0.01), indicating that phenolic compounds and anthocyanins are the material basis for the antioxidant activity of Peony flowers.
