目的 :建立中药红曲基原菌中挥发性成分的气相色谱分析法。方法 :采用毛细管气相色谱法分析橙色红曲霉等 7种红曲霉的挥发性酸和非挥发性酸 ;进样口温度 2 80℃ ,检测器温度 2 80℃ ,程序升温条件 :130℃ ,5min→ 10℃·min-1→ 2 0 0℃ ,10min ,FID检测。结果 :不同种红曲霉挥发性成分、非挥发性成分和含量均存在显著差异 ,根据红曲霉挥发性成分或非挥发性成分指纹图谱的主要峰及其相对含量 ,可以有效地鉴别红曲霉属真菌。结论 :毛细管气相色谱法模糊聚类分析对鉴别红曲霉属真菌具有一定的实用价值。
Objective : To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of volatile components in the raw material of red yeast extract of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS: Capillary gas chromatography was used to analyze the volatile acids and non-volatile acids of 7 Monascus spp., such as orange Monascus; the inlet temperature was 2 80 °C, the detector temperature was 2 80 °C, and the program temperature rising conditions were: 130 °C, 5 min → 10°C·min-1→200°C, 10min, FID test. Results: There were significant differences in volatile components, non-volatile components and contents of Monascus species. According to the main peaks and their relative contents of the volatile compounds or non-volatile components of Monascus spp., Monascus fungi could be identified effectively. . Conclusion : The capillary cluster gas chromatography fuzzy clustering analysis has certain practical value for the identification of Monascus fungi.
