目的探讨改变精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(预混30R)注射时间对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法选择2014年10月—2016年8月180例就诊老年糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,每组各有90例,观察组早晚餐前15 min皮下注射精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(预混30R),对照组餐前30 min皮下注射,根据血糖监测结果评估两组血糖控制结局。结果观察组血糖达标率高于对照组(83.3%vs.55.6%),无严重低血糖病例,低血糖事件发生率明显低于对照组(7.8%vs.25.6%),两组相关数据组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩短精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(预混30R)注射时间可提高血糖控制效果,降低低血糖风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of changing the injection time of protamine biosynthesis human insulin injection (premixed 30R) on blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 180 elderly diabetic patients were enrolled in this study from October 2014 to August 2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups (n = 90 each). The observation group received subcutaneous injection of protamine biosynthesis human insulin injection Mixed 30R). The control group was injected subcutaneously 30 minutes before a meal, and the blood glucose control outcome was evaluated according to the results of blood glucose monitoring. Results The blood glucose compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (83.3% vs.5.5.6%), no severe hypoglycemia, and the incidence of hypoglycaemia was significantly lower than that of the control group (7.8% vs.25.6%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Shortening the injection time of protamine biosynthesis human insulin (premixed 30R) can improve the blood sugar control effect and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.
