湖北崇阳县白义粮油加工厂,是一个名不见经传的小厂,全厂干部职工28人,下设碾米、油脂、饲料3个车间。建厂40年来,生产经营稳步发展,经济效益不断提高。尤其是近年来,在资金紧缺、市场疲软、粮食生产经营企业普遍亏损的情况下,取得了前所未有的好效益。1991年实现利润11.2万元,比1990年增长85.5％,人平创利4000元,成为我县目前独家无亏损、无银行贷款、无职工借支、无专用基金超支、无库存亏空、无资金悬案、无经营损失、无呆帐,不欠外单位贷款、不欠国家利税的“八无两不欠”优秀企业。多次被地县粮食局评为先进企业、财会先进单位,1991年被评为全省粮食系统先进单位。他们的经验是:
