本文从编写指导方针、教师作用、教学效果三方面分析了“新世纪大学英语系列教材”《视听说教程》的试用情况。文章认为这套教材的编写指导方针合乎我国国情,教材能切实满足我国大学生提高英语听说能力的迫切需求。对试用学校师生的调查结果说明大部分师生对这套教材持有肯定的评价。文章还强调了教师在课堂上的关键作用。
This article analyzes the probation situation of “New Century College English Series Textbook ” “audio-visual and speaking course” from three aspects: writing guidelines, teachers’ role and teaching effect. The article believes that the guidelines for the preparation of this teaching material are in line with the national conditions of our country and teaching materials can effectively meet the urgent needs of our college students in improving their listening and speaking ability in English. The survey results of teachers and students in probationary schools show that most teachers and students hold a positive assessment of this textbook. The article also highlights the key role teachers play in the classroom.
