选用水稻品种秀水 6 3和武进 972 8,利用光谱仪通过大田试验和室内测量测定不同氮素水平及不同时期水稻叶片的光谱反射率 ,利用GIS法测定叶面积指数 (LAI) ,并测量相应植株的叶形状参数 (LSP)、叶片重量、茎重、地上鲜生物量、地上干生物量、叶片含水率及茎含水率等生物物理参数 ,在此基础上分析了水稻生物物理参数与光谱变量之间的相关性。结果表明 ,LAI与比值植被指数 (RVI)和归一化植被指数的相关系数 (NDVI)在 0 .85以上 ,达到极显著水平 ,而地上生物量与比值植被指数和归一化植被指数的相关系数在 0 .6 5以上 ,也达到显著性水平
