目的了解当地幼托机构儿童佝偻病合并缺铁性贫血的患病情况。方法对当地所有幼托机构儿童进行小儿骨碱性磷酸酶和血常规、血清铁、总铁结合力、不饱和铁结合力检测,统计佝偻病和缺铁性贫血的患病率。结果佝偻病儿童有184例,占受检人数的27.1%,缺铁性贫血儿童有147例占21.6%。结论当地儿童佝偻病和缺铁性贫血的患病率较高,应重视儿童保健工作。 Objective To understand the prevalence of childhood rickets in children with iron deficiency anemia. Methods The pediatric bone nurseries of all children were subjected to pediatric bone alkaline phosphatase and blood routine, serum iron, total iron binding capacity, detection of unsaturated iron binding, the prevalence of rickets and iron deficiency anemia. Results There were 184 rickets children accounting for 27.1% of the number of inspected children and 147 cases of iron deficiency anemia accounted for 21.6%. Conclusion The prevalence of rickets and iron deficiency anemia in children is high in local children, and child health care should be emphasized.
