目的研究自我效能与军事作业绩效的相关性;提出以自我效能理论为依托的心理干预方向,从而改善新兵在集训应激状态下的适应不良,提高作业绩效。方法选用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、简易应对方式量表、社会支持量表对2005年底入伍的570名新兵集中训练2个月后进行测评。结果军事作业考核中成绩优秀新兵自我效能得分明显高于非优秀新兵自我效能得分;成绩优秀新兵的消极应对分值明显低于非优秀新兵。结论新兵自我效能与军事作业绩效密切相关。应进一步探讨建立针对军人自我效能的心理干预体系,从而有效提高部队整体军事作业绩效。
Objective To study the correlation between self-efficacy and performance of military operations and put forward the direction of psychological intervention based on self-efficacy theory, so as to improve the maladjustment of recruits in the condition of training-induced stress and improve the work performance. Methods The general self-efficacy scale (GSES), the simple coping style scale and the social support scale were used to evaluate the 570 recruits recruited by the end of 2005 after intensive training for 2 months. Results Self-efficacy scores of outstanding recruits in military homework appraisal were significantly higher than those of non-excellent recruits. Negative coping scores of outstanding recruits were significantly lower than those of non-excellent recruits. Conclusion The self-efficacy of recruits is closely related to the performance of military operations. The establishment of a psychological intervention system aimed at self-efficacy of military personnel should be further explored so as to effectively improve the overall performance of military operations.
