随着经济的发展,政府越来越注重自身形象,从工作人员的管理到城市形象的设计,都是政府重视形象工程的表现,可以说,工作人员的表现是政府形象的重要表现,要树立政府在人们心中的高大形象,就需要改善政府工作人员的表现。基于此,以婚姻登记档案管理人员为例,探讨如何提高政府工作人员的素质,希望对提高政府形象有所帮助。
With the development of economy, the government pays more and more attention to its own image. From the management of staff to the design of city image, it is the performance of the government attaching importance to the image project. It can be said that the performance of the staff is an important manifestation of the government image, The tall image of the government in people’s minds needs to improve the performance of government workers.
