自从1950年Mc lean发现应用ACTH注射治疗葡萄膜炎,有患者眼压升高以后,眼科医师开始注意到皮质类固醇(后简称激素)这一付作用。但是在基层医院眼科医师常忽略这一现象,以至误诊或延误治疗。现将我们所遇四例报告如下: 临床资料本组病人中,男3例,女1例,年龄最小17岁,最大24岁,均被诊断为“春季卡他性结膜炎”,局部或全身应用激素时间为1～8年。急性起病1例、慢性起病3例。手 Since McLean’s discovery of the use of ACTH injections to treat uveitis in 1950, and in patients with elevated intraocular pressure, ophthalmologists began to notice the role of corticosteroids (hereafter referred to as hormones).
