在用液化石油气储罐运行过程中产生的缺陷多为表面缺陷,在定期开罐检验中,使用得最多的表面探伤方法就是磁粉探伤。磁粉探伤占用相当多的时间,也最容易检出危害最大的表面裂纹缺陷。同时磁粉探伤方法的现场操作随意性较大,人为因素很重要,对缺陷检出的干扰和影响因素很多。因此,在正确执行JB/T 4730.4—2005前提下,正确选择液化石油气储罐开罐检验的内表面焊缝磁粉检测工艺及进行实际操作,对缺陷的检出率尤为重要。
