介绍国产SP型单螺旋挤浆机的结构、原理及应用。该设备进浆浓度低,出浆浓度高,浓缩比大,比常规只能中浓进浆的单螺旋挤浆机适用范围广、洗涤效率高、工艺简化,是BCTMP和APMP化机浆生产工艺中普遍应用的成熟可靠的浓缩洗涤设备,通过结构改进不但可用于化学漂白浆的洗涤浓缩,还可应用于冷喷放低浓度化学浆的黑液提取,工艺配置简单,设备操作简便。
