我们感觉整个家政行业需求是旺盛的,管理是混乱的,企业发展是低微的。所以我们从规范管理入手,通过两年的努力,制定了6大类32个标准72项子项,对家政企业进行示范性创建管理,创建了166个家政示范性企业。这个过程中,我们也有了进一步的思考,对家政怎么管,对企业怎么管,对流散在外的从业人员怎么管?所以2015年我们推出了对家政从业人员的注册登记制度。
We feel the demand of the entire domestic industry is strong, the management is chaotic, and the development of enterprises is low. Therefore, we started with standardized management. After two years of hard work, we formulated 72 sub-items in 32 categories and sixty-two categories. We have created and managed a number of domestic and domestic enterprises and created 166 domestic enterprises. In this process, we have further thought about how to manage domestic affairs, how to manage enterprises, and how to manage dispersed practitioners. So in 2015 we launched a registration system for domestic workers.
