目的分析使用护理风险的方法对心血管内科重症患者实施护理的临床疗效。方法收集辽宁省丹东市宽甸满族自治县社区卫生服务中心心血管内科收治的患者100例,按照护理方法的不同分为2组,各50例。对照组患者使用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者使用护理风险管理的方法实施护理。结果 2组患者在临床实施护理完成后,均有着一定的护理效果,但观察组患者的护理满意率90%显著高于对照组满意率80%,观察组患者的不良事件发生率4%显著低于对照组满意率12%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论目前对心血管内科的重症患者通过实施护理风险的管理策略,能够及时有效的帮助患者得到质量较高的护理,并能够降低不良事件发生率,在临床中可以推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using nursing risk method to carry out nursing care in patients with cardiovascular internal medicine major. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to Department of Cardiology, Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County Community Health Service, Dandong City, Liaoning Province were collected and divided into two groups (n = 50) according to different nursing methods. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care and patients in the observation group were treated with nursing risk management. Results The two groups of patients had certain nursing effect after the completion of clinical nursing. However, the nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (90%), and the incidence of adverse events in observation group (4%) was significantly lower Satisfaction rate of 12% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions At present, through the implementation of nursing risk management strategies in critically ill patients with cardiovascular diseases, patients can be assisted in getting better quality care promptly and effectively, and the incidence of adverse events can be reduced, which can be promoted and used clinically.
