本研究观察了中药定心方(DX)对家兔、豚鼠实验性快速型心律失常的拮抗作用。结果表明:DX对肾上腺素诱发的家兔快速型心律失常有拮抗作用,其中DX大剂量组的出现心律失常时间、室性早搏(VP)时间、室性心动过速(VT)时间及发生率、室性心律失常和心律失常总持续时间等指标与对照组比较P<0.01或P<0.05;在哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常实验中,DX小剂量组对VP、VT有抑制作用,而DX大剂量组对VP、VT及室颤等均有抑制作用。结论:DX对肾上腺素诱发家兔和哇巴因诱发豚鼠快速型心律失常均有良好的拮抗作用。其作用可能通过调节植物神经功能等途径,阻滞心肌细胞Na~+、Ca~(2+)内流,激活心肌细胞膜Na~+、K~+-ATP酶,增加K~+向细胞内主动转运而实现。
This study observed the antagonism of traditional Chinese medicine Ding Xin Fang (DX) on experimental rapid arrhythmias in rabbits and guinea pigs. The results showed that DX could antagonize tachyarrhythmias induced by adrenaline in rabbits. Among them, arrhythmia duration, ventricular premature beat (VP) time, ventricular tachycardia (VT) time and incidence were observed in high-dose DX group. , ventricular arrhythmia and total arrhythmia duration and other indicators compared with the control group P <0.01 or P <0.05; in the ouabain-induced guinea pig arrhythmia experiment, the DX low-dose group has inhibitory effect on VP, VT, and DX High-dose group had inhibitory effects on VP, VT and ventricular fibrillation. CONCLUSION: DX has a good antagonistic effect on adrenergic-induced rabbit and ouabain-induced rapid arrhythmias in guinea pigs. Its role may be through the regulation of autonomic function and other ways to block the influx of Na~+, Ca~(2+) in cardiomyocytes, activate the Na~+ and K~+-ATPases of cardiomyocytes, and increase the activity of K~+ into cells.
