1996年5月7～9日,中国民航总局在北京举行了隆重的“九五通信导航保障可靠年”活动总结表彰大会。会上表彰了民航通信导航系统的16个基层先进集体和18名做出突出贡献的先进个人,4个优秀组织单位。来自全国的通信导航的工作人员近300人出席了会议。会议由民航总局空管局局长陈绪华主持。中国民航总局副局长鲍培德到会并作了重要指示。
From May 7 to May 1996, China's Civil Aviation Administration of China held a grand ceremony of “Reliable Year of Ninth Five-year Plan Navigation Guarantee” in Beijing. The conference honored the 16 advanced collectives of civil aviation communications and navigation systems and 18 advanced individuals and 4 outstanding organizational units that made outstanding contributions. Nearly 300 staff from the country's communications and navigation attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chen Xuhua, director of the Air Traffic Control Administration of CAAC. Bao Peide, deputy director of CAAC attended the meeting and made important instructions.
