本文综述了盐酸丙酚酮(propafenone hydrochloride,西德Helopharm厂生产)及1982年由广州制药工业研究所仿制的同类产品“心律平”的国内外实验研究及临床应用经验。口服心律平对消除室性早搏、短阵室速疗效显著,静脉注射对室上性、室性心动过速、预激综合症伴有快速房颤等均具有高效。本药亦可应用于器质性心脏病患者发生室性心律失常时。对本药的用法、心电图影响及应用注意事项进行了讨论。
This article reviews the domestic and foreign experimental research and clinical application experience of propafenone hydrochloride (manufactured by Helopharm factory in West Germany) and similar product “heart rhythm” imitated by Guangzhou Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry in 1982. Oral rhythm of ventricular elimination of premature ventricular contractions, short-term ventricular tachycardia significant effect, intravenous injection of supraventricular, ventricular tachycardia, pre-excitation syndrome accompanied by rapid atrial fibrillation are highly efficient. The drug can also be used in patients with structural heart disease in patients with ventricular arrhythmias. The use of the drug, the impact of ECG and application considerations were discussed.
