目的:评价品管圈活动对医院药剂科提升药品质量管理的影响。方法:抽取2016年1月—6月间(实施品管圈活动前)和2016年7—12月间(实施品管圈活动后)药剂科管理存在质量问题的药品数据,比较品管圈活动前后药品质量管理问题发生的情况及活动后改善各药品质量问题的目标达标率。结果:品管圈活动前药品过期、药品潮解、冷藏失效的发生率分别为0.05‰、0.06‰和0.06‰;品管圈活动后分别为0.02‰、0.02‰和0.02‰;品管圈活动后药品质量问题的发生率均低于活动前(P<0.05),改善药品过期目标达标率为104.17%、药品潮解目标达标率为102.52%和冷藏失效目标达标率为106.19%。结论:实施品管圈活动明显减少了药品质量问题的发生情况,提高药品管理质量。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the impact of QC activities on improving pharmacy quality management in pharmacy department of hospital. METHODS: Data were collected from January to June 2016 (prior to QC activities) and from July to December 2016 (after QC activities were implemented) to identify quality problems in the pharmacy and compare QA activities Before and after the drug quality management issues and the situation after the event to improve the quality of the drug target rate of compliance. Results: The drug expiration, drug deliquescence and refrigerating failure rates were 0.05 ‰, 0.06 ‰ and 0.06 ‰ respectively before the quality control circle activities. The activities of the quality control circle were 0.02 ‰, 0.02 ‰ and 0.02 ‰ respectively after the quality control circle activities. After the quality control circle activities The incidence of drug quality problems were lower than that before the activity (P <0.05), the improvement rate of drug overdue target compliance rate was 104.17%, drug deliquescence target compliance rate was 102.52% and refrigerating failure target compliance rate was 106.19%. Conclusion: The implementation of QC activities significantly reduced the occurrence of drug quality problems and improved the quality of drug management.
