在简要阐述德国与中国的中等职业教育概况后,从职业教育吸引力的角度分析了中德中等职业教育的不同,即中德高中阶段学生接受职业教育学生所占比例不同、中德中职学生毕业后就业质量及发展机会不同、对学生评价考核制度不同。最后提出要综合考虑职业教育质量、社会阶层的流动、就业环境与劳动者权益保护等方面去对待我国中等职业教育吸引力不高的困境。
After a brief description of the general situation of secondary vocational education in Germany and China, this paper analyzes the difference between secondary and secondary vocational education in China and Germany from the perspective of the attractiveness of vocational education. That is, the proportion of students receiving vocational education in Sino-German high school is different, After graduation, the quality of employment and development opportunities are different, and the evaluation system for students is different. Finally, it puts forward that it is necessary to treat the low-grade secondary vocational education in our country considering the quality of vocational education, the flow of social classes, the employment environment and the protection of workers’ rights and interests.
