目的评判肿瘤患者血液游离DNA(cell-free DNA)对肿瘤诊断意义。方法采集胃癌及肺癌患者血液,提取cell-free DNA并定量,与肿瘤相关生长因子(TSGF)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)和癌胚抗原(CEA)进行检验效能对比。结果早期胃癌、中晚期胃癌、早期肺癌、中晚期肺癌分别与健康对照比较,cell-free DNA均有差别(P值均<0.05)。cellfree DNA的AUC为0.78,Z值为5.80,cut-off值8.05 ng/μl,特异性和灵敏度性优于AFP和CEA。结论结合AFP和CEA,cell-free DNA表达量检测可能是一种筛查肺癌和胃癌的诊断指标。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of cell-free DNA in tumor patients for tumor diagnosis. Methods The blood samples from patients with gastric cancer and lung cancer were collected and the cell-free DNA was extracted and quantified to compare with the efficacy of TSGF, AFP and CEA. Results There was a significant difference in cell-free DNA between early gastric cancer, advanced gastric cancer, early lung cancer and advanced lung cancer respectively (P <0.05). Cellfree DNA had AUC of 0.78, Z value of 5.80 and cut-off value of 8.05 ng / μl, which was superior to AFP and CEA in specificity and sensitivity. Conclusion Combined with AFP and CEA, the detection of cell-free DNA expression may be a diagnostic indicator for screening lung cancer and gastric cancer.
