粉碎“四人帮”以来,我们学校广大师生在勇于创新,善于实践的老校长、老教育家段力佩同志的倡导下,共同探索教育规律,继承和发扬了1964年改进教学方法的经验。通过不断实践和总结,在1977年下半年逐步形成了一套“读读、议议、练练、讲讲”的教学方法。目前,在此基础上又在学制、课程、课时、教材的处理和改革上作了比较合理的调节,使德、智、体几方面的内部联系更为密切。通过实践,逐步取得了一些效果。我们深深地体会到,这样做可以减轻学生负担,提高教学质
Since smashing the Gang of Four, teachers and students of our school have jointly explored the laws of education under the guidance of Comrade Duolipei, an old schoolmaster and old educator who is courageous to innovate and good at practice. He has inherited and carried forward the experience of improving teaching methods in 1964. Through continuous practice and summarization, a set of “Reading, Negotiating, Training, Lecture” teaching methods was gradually formed in the second half of 1977. At present, on the basis of this, more reasonable adjustments have been made in the handling and reform of the school system, curriculum, class hours, and teaching materials, and the internal relations between Germany, Chile, and China have become closer. Through practice, we have gradually achieved some results. We deeply understand that doing so can reduce the burden on students and improve teaching quality.
