高校体育教学首先要确定其指导思想,才有利于体育功能的发挥和有效教学,本文试以技术健身论所包含的五大环节分别与高校体育教学的现状进行分析,进而得出高校体育教学以技术健身论思想来指导体育教学工作,是值得借鉴和可行的,也是符合目前高校体育教学改革现状的。
