对渐开线-摆线复合齿轮建立数学模型,以MG500/1230-WD型无链电牵引采煤机为参照对象,选择适当的参数,建立齿轮的三维模型,最后对建立的模型用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,确定复合齿轮用于采煤机行走轮的可行性、性能的优劣。
Based on MG500 / 1230-WD chainless traction shearer, the appropriate parameters were selected to establish the three-dimensional model of gear. Finally, the model was established with ANSYS software Finite element analysis is carried out to determine the feasibility and performance of the compound gear for shearer walking wheels.
