原儿茶醛(Protocatechuic aldehyde)为四季青(Ilex chinensis Sims)中扩张冠脉的有效成分。有增加冠脉流量,改善冠脉循环的作用。临床试用于治疗冠心病心绞痛,获得一定疗效。在动物实验中发现能对抗垂体后叶素所引起的冠脉痉挛,能对抗二磷酸腺苷所致的血小板集聚,并有广谱抗菌作用。为了使临床能合理用药,初步研究了它在动物体内的分布、排泄及其毒性。方法与结果原儿茶醛含量测定方法,仿3,4—Dihy-droxyphenyl alanine法略加修改。标准曲线的制作: 用72型分光光度计500nm处,测其消光值。以消光值为纵座标,各样品的含量为横座标,可得一直线(见图1)。
Protocatechuic aldehyde is an effective component of dilated coronary artery in Ilex chinensis Sims. Increase coronary flow and improve coronary circulation. Clinical trials for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease have achieved certain effects. In animal experiments, it has been found that it can fight coronary artery spasm caused by pituitrin, can antagonize platelet aggregation caused by adenosine diphosphate, and has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. In order to make rational use of drugs clinically, its distribution, excretion and toxicity in animals were initially studied. Methods and Results The method for determination of aldehyde content in protocatechuic tea was modified slightly, imitating 3,4-Dihy-droxyphenyl alanine method. Production of a standard curve: Use a 72-type spectrophotometer at 500 nm to measure the extinction value. With the extinction value as the ordinate, the content of each sample is an abscissa and a straight line can be obtained (see Figure 1).
