本文叙述了振动同步理论的几个研究结果。首先,阐明了“振动同步传动”的新原理及其实现的条件,并介绍实验室试验与工业试验的若干结果。其次,导出了激振器偏移式自同步振动机的同步性判据、同步状态的稳定性判据及机体的运动轨迹公式,并根据这些结果研制成工业用的大型冷矿筛。最后,提出了非线性自同步振动机实现高次谐波同步与次谐波同步的同步性判据及同步状态的稳定性判据,并介绍了试验的若干结果。
This paper describes the results of several studies on the theory of vibration synchronization. First of all, the new principle of “Vibrating Synchronous Transmission” and its realization conditions are expounded, and some results of laboratory and industrial experiments are introduced. Secondly, the synchronization criterion of exciter exciter, the stability criterion of synchronizing state and the trajectory formula of the body are deduced. Based on these results, a large-scale industrial chilled mine sieve is developed. Finally, the synchronization criterion and the criterion of stability for the synchronization of higher harmonics and subharmonic of nonlinear self-synchronized vibrator are proposed. Some results of experiments are also introduced.
