我厂自1954年陆续扩建以来,随着生产能力的增加,设备日趋复杂,维修任务逐年加重。特别是经过几年来的生产大跃进,由于电网负荷紧张,主辅设备经常在满负荷或超负荷情况下运行,增加了设备的磨损,同时因负荷紧张也影响了部分设备按计划进行检修,因此维修工作量大大地增加。维修所需的备品配件也就相应的增多。在这种情况下,如果备品配件的储备和管理工作跟不上去,设备维修就很难顺利进行,这就直接影响到安全生产,于是,我们从1959年开始,
