我们在超声分子束条件下,利用308nm波长的XeCl准分子激光对SO2分子进行了多光子电离飞行时间质谱实验研究.实验中我们观测到了S 、SO 和SO2 的质谱信号,测量了各离子信号强度随激光强度的变化关系,并探讨了可能的多光子电离/解离机制
