参照国内外有关医用高分子材料的生物学评价实验方法，对国产ＥＢ─４型变色牙复盖材料作了系统的生物学评价。结果表明：ＥＢ─４型变色牙复盖材料无毒性，对眼及口腔粘膜无刺激，体外溶血率＜５％；对细胞生长无抑制作用，骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无增加，对皮下组织无刺激反应。因此可以认为ＥＢ─４型变色牙复盖材料有良好的生物相容性。
Reference to the biological evaluation of medical polymer materials at home and abroad on the experimental method of domestic EB - 4 discoloration of the tooth covering material made a systematic biological evaluation.
