Reiter氏综合征系多关节炎、尿道炎、结膜炎三联症。1984～1985年经治3例患儿,均系男性,其中13岁2例,10岁1例,皆以关节痛为主诉。发病前1～3周均有尿频、尿急及尿痛,前2周～5天结膜红肿、流泪、畏光各1例。3例均出现发热及膝关节痛,2例踝关节痛,其次为肩、肘、腕、掌指关节或跟骨痛。关节还有肿胀、微红或不红、活动受限。1例口角有脓痂。1例其父10年前因关节炎伴尿道炎 Reiter’s syndrome is polyarthritis, urethritis, conjunctivitis triad.
