对15例肺鳞癌、16例肺腺癌及10例肺小细胞未分化癌病人的血液流变学变化进行研究,同时将41例肺癌病人的血液流变学变化与非呼吸系统肿瘤及健康成年人的血液流变学变化作对比观察。探讨肺癌病人的血液流变学变化规律,从一新的角度说明“抗凝、解聚、改善微循环”是肺癌综合治疗中的重要措施之一,纠正血流变异常,不但可改善肺癌病人的心肺功能及一般状况,而且有可能干扰和破坏瘤细胞转移和扩散的某些环节,延长病人的生存期、提高生活质量。
To investigate the hemorheological changes in 15 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma, 16 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, and 10 cases of lung non-differentiated carcinoma, and to compare the hemorheological changes of 41 patients with lung cancer with non-respiratory system tumors and health. Hemorheological changes in adults were compared. To explore the hemorheological changes of lung cancer patients, from a new point of view, “anticoagulation, depolymerization, and improvement of microcirculation” is one of the important measures in the comprehensive treatment of lung cancer. Correcting abnormal blood rheology will not only improve lung cancer patients. The cardiopulmonary function and general conditions, but also may interfere with and destroy certain aspects of tumor cell metastasis and proliferation, prolong the patient’s life span and improve the quality of life.
