目前盒形件拉伸大多使用苏联罗氏手册选择有关参数,但在实际生产中尚感不足。为此,使这些参数进一步科学化、规范化、简单化就成了冲压工作者的当务之急了。本文通过对软钢板方盒形件一次拉伸工艺的实验研究,找到了方盒形件合理毛坯的计算、作图方法以及其拉伸极限的表达式和数值。并探讨了这一实验成果在矩形盒形件拉伸中的应用。
At present, most of the box-shaped pieces are selected by using the Soviet Roche Handbook, but the actual production is not enough. To this end, to make these parameters further scientific, standardized and simplified stamping workers has become a top priority. In this paper, through the experimental study of one-time drawing process of the box-shaped pieces of mild steel, the calculation and drawing method of reasonable blank of square box and the expression and numerical value of the drawing limit were found out. The application of this experimental result in the stretching of rectangular box is also discussed.
