科室是单位组织中最基层的组织构成,是进行工作和管理的基层单位[1]。科室工作的好坏直接影响到整个单位工作的开展,因此做好科室管理工作是搞好单位整体工作的基础。做好科室管理工作,让科室的效能发挥至极致一直是科室管理者热议的话题。鉴于科室管理工作既是老话题又是新课题,本人根据多年观察的科室管理经验以及半年基层挂职锻炼的经历,就疾控系统业务科室的管理谈几点看法。
