通过对固原市农业学校27个教学班1152名学生和《心理健康》授课教师的调研,并对调查数据进行统计分析,提出中等职业学校《心理健康》课程内容应开设自信、人生目标与发展、情绪的调适、感恩、自我认知、我爱父母、直面困难与挫折、性格与心理健康、积极应对学习压力、实践中学习、学习能力、青春期的秘密、气质与我、音乐与心理健康、行为规范与心理健康、心理调适方法、校园暴力、不良诱惑18个主题和观看“放牛班的春天”、“早熟”、“青春的颤音”三部视频。
