微小RNA是具有调控功能的非编码RNA,通过碱基互补配对的方式识别靶基因信使RNA(messenger RNA,mRNA)的3’-非翻译区(3’-untranslated region,3’-UTR),根据互补程度的不同降解靶mRNA或抑制靶mRNA翻译,在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥作用。miR-203在多种恶性肿瘤组织中异常表达,通过与下游靶基因结合调控恶性肿瘤的生长、分化及增殖。本文就miR-203在食管癌、结直肠癌、肺癌及其他恶性肿瘤中的作用及其相关靶基因的研究进展作一综述。
MicroRNAs are regulatory non-coding RNAs that recognize the 3’-untranslated region (3’-untranslated region, 3’-UTR) of target gene messenger RNA (mRNA) by means of base complementary pairing. According to Different degree of complementarity degrade target mRNA or inhibit target mRNA translation, play a role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. miR-203 is abnormally expressed in various malignant tumors and regulates the growth, differentiation and proliferation of malignant tumors by binding to downstream target genes. This article reviews the research progress of miR-203 in esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer and other malignant tumors and its related target genes.
