选择螺杆压缩比(ε)、螺距(s)、螺杆头锥度(α)、螺杆直径(d)4种螺杆结构参数,通过四因素三水平的L9(34)正交设计,研究了其不同水平组合的螺杆结构参数对改性双基推进剂代用料安全加工、设备承载负荷、生产能力和物料可加工性的工艺影响。结果表明,对机头压力或扭矩的主要影响因素依次为B(螺矩)和D(螺杆直径);对出料速度的主要影响因素依次为D(螺杆直径)和A(螺杆压缩比);通过实验数据分析,确定了改性双基推进剂代用料挤出加工综合性能理想的螺杆参数组合(A3B3C3D2)。
The parameters of screw structure such as screw compression ratio (ε), screw pitch (s), screw head taper (α) and screw diameter (d) were selected and orthogonal design of four factors and three levels of L9 The combined screw structure parameters affect the process safety of the modified double-base propellant substitutes, equipment load, production capacity and material processability. The results show that the main influencing factors on the head pressure or torque are B (screw torque) and D (screw diameter) in turn. The main influencing factors on the discharge speed are D (screw diameter) and A (screw compression ratio); Through the analysis of experimental data, the ideal combination of screw parameters (A3B3C3D2) for the comprehensive performance of extrusion and processing of modified double base propellant was determined.
