我所讲述的这部分训练为无氧运动肌肉发展性训练,主要是在健身房里的器械区里进行的,有教练或同伴保护下的大重量强化性训练。
This part of the exercise I have described is an anaerobic exercise, mainly in the equipment area of the gym, with intense weight training under the coaching or peer protection.
