我县有30%左右的耕地分布在高寒地区。据群众反映,这些地区种植小麦长势好,但到抽穗期间下“黄沙”,麦子生了“雄黄症”,麦穗成了“蜂子脑壳”,产量极低,有的甚至颗粒无收。故长期以来群众不种小麦。高源地区小麦空秕粒的严重性,不单纯是养料供应不足,而品种间空秕率存在着显著差异。应通过品种改良,采取相应的农业技术措施,才能解决空秕粒问题。
About 30% of arable land in our county is distributed in alpine regions. According to the masses, wheat growing in these areas is good, but under the “yellow sand” during the heading period, “yellowing” occurs in the wheat, “wheat bee becomes the brain bee” and the yield is extremely low. For a long time the masses do not grow wheat. The severity of the wheat grains in the highland area is not merely a deficiency in the supply of nutrients, but there is a significant difference in the percentage of empty grains among varieties.
