苏府[2016]32号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:根据中央经济工作会议和中央城市工作会议精神,针对当前我市房地产市场出现的新形势、新特点,经苏州市人民政府第51次常务会议研究同意,现就进一步促进苏州市房地产市场稳定健康发展提出如下意见:一、加强土地供应管理。强化土地供应和房地产市场联动机制,进一步加大普通住宅用地供应,严格控制非住宅用地供应,优化区域土地供应节奏,根据市场需求变化适时调整土地供应计划,保持房地产用地市场供需基本平衡。在商品住宅供应偏紧、库存较少的区域,增加土地供应量;在商品住宅库存量较高

We hereby put forward the following opinions on further promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in Suzhou: First, to strengthen the management of land supply. Strengthen the linkage mechanism between land supply and real estate market, further increase the supply of ordinary residential land, strictly control the supply of non-residential land, optimize the rhythm of land supply in the region, adjust the land supply plan according to the changes in market demand and maintain the basic balance between supply and demand in the real estate market.
