染镉组大鼠饲以含镉鼠饲料,对照组饲以普通鼠饲料。于第12周末处死。取出心脏,部分做组织匀浆用于测定SOD活性及LPO水平;另一部分做超薄切片供电镜观察。结果表明:①染镉组SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.01);LPO水平却明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。②染镉组大鼠心肌细胞内,部分线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂,甚至变成含有絮状物的大泡。部分肌丝排列紊乱或断裂。本文认为心肌超微结构的改变除由于镉的直接作用外,尚与镉所致SOD活性下降以及质膜脂质过氧化水平升高有关。
Cadmium-exposed rats were fed with cadmium-containing diet, while control rats were fed with normal diet. At the end of the twelfth weekend. Remove the heart, part of the tissue homogenate for the determination of SOD activity and LPO levels; the other part of the ultra-thin section for the power microscope. The results showed that: ① SOD activity in Cd-exposed group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01); LPO level was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). ② In the cadmium-exposed group, some mitochondria were swollen and cristae were broken in the myocardial cells, and even became bullae containing flocs. Some myofilaments arranged disorder or fracture. This paper argues that in addition to the direct effect of cadmium, changes in myocardial ultrastructure and cadmium-induced SOD activity decline and plasma membrane lipid peroxidation levels.
