根据国家科委1983年度中日铁道科技合作计划的安排,由我部派出铁路道口信号研修组一行5人,于1983年10月至12月赴日研修。研修组的任务是了解日本国铁综合治理道口的措施、经验及成效。研修组的目的是学习国外先进经验,结合我国的国情,进一步搞好我国铁路道口安全工作。 According to the arrangements made by the State Science and Technology Commission for the Science and Technology Cooperation Plan of the China-Japan Railway in 1983, a team of 5 members from the railway crossing signal training team was dispatched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to study in Japan from October to December 1983. The task of the training team is to understand the measures, experience and effectiveness of Japan’s comprehensive management of Japan’s state railways. The purpose of the training team is to learn advanced experience from abroad and to improve the safety of railroad crossing in our country in light of the national conditions of our country.
