给出了固体颗粒对池沸腾换热表面结垢特性影响的实验研究结果.沸腾工质为CaSO4饱和水溶液,换热表面材料为紫铜,固体颗粒是0.5~1mm的玻璃珠.实验结果表明,在平表面池沸腾条件下引入固体颗粒,只能在较短的运行时间内起到强化换热的作用.当运行时间较长时,不仅不能强化换热,反而因结垢而使得换热情况恶化.这说明,在沸腾炉中加入固体颗粒以强化换热的方法在实际应用中存在一定的局限性.
The experimental results of the influence of solid particles on the fouling characteristics of pool boiling heat transfer surface are given. Boiling working fluid is saturated aqueous solution of CaSO4, heat exchange surface material is copper, solid particles is 0.5 ~ 1mm glass beads. The experimental results show that the introduction of solid particles under the condition of flat surface pool boiling can only enhance the heat transfer in a short run time. When the running time is longer, not only can not strengthen the heat exchange, but due to fouling and make the heat exchanger worsened. This shows that in the boiling furnace to add solid particles to enhance the heat transfer method in practical applications there are some limitations.
