“新北京，新奥运”的申奥理念把奥运会与我们的距离拉得更近。奥运会自从走出雅典的那一天，就不再仅仅作为一项单纯的体育盛会而延续，她承载着和平与发展的社会主题，她是一种为世界人民所敬仰的精神，她关系着国家的形象和尊严，同时她还孕育着无限的商机。我们不得不相信，2008年北京奥运将给我国带来前所未有的发展机遇。中国律师同样也是其受益者。因为从奥运会中诞生出的商业行为需要法律来加以保护和制约，需要律师给予帮助和指导。只有如此，参与到奥运会的商业行为和民事行为才不会影响奥运会的精彩。2008年夏季奥运会的举办城市即将揭晓，北京正满怀希望和激动等待这一时刻的到来。2008年奥运会如能在北京举办，对中国律师业来讲，也是一个介入商业奥运、发展自己的良好机遇。在此，北京律师王振勇对奥运会的经营模式和中国律师介入商业奥运的契机提出了自己独特的看法，让我们共同祝愿北京申奥成功。
