化学计算是中学化学教学的一项重要任务,具有重要意义。新编中学化学大纲中指出:“化学计算能使学生从量的方面来理解物质及其变化规律,并获得化学计算的基本技能。在教学中教师要加强解题指导,严格要求学生独立完成,要使学生在理解化学原理和化学知识的基础上进行计算,要注意计算的准确性”。化学计算能促使理论与实际结合,有助于巩固和加深课堂所学的基础知识以及培养分析和解决实际问题的能力,它是考查学生知识质量的重要手段。也是学生今后从事实际生产和继续学习必须具备的技能之一。特别是随着现代农业、现代工业、现代科学技术和现代国防的飞速发展,化学计算更加显出它的重要性。本文拟就中学生掌握化学计算技能的一般情况与问题,以及如何培养学生的化学计算技能,提出自己的一些看法,供同志们参考。
