在校园里,常见此景:学生违反纪律,班中无人劝导;操场有纸屑,过往学生熟视无睹;财产有损坏,无人主动修复;抄袭作业,学生不闻不问……诸如此类,不胜枚举。学校领导像“巡查官”一样,不停地巡视校园的各个角落,班主任像“全职保姆”一样,不停地穿梭于办公室和教室之间,如此下来,领导很忙,教师很累,效果却不尽如人意,究其症结在于学生缺乏自主管理能力。相对非寄宿制学校来说,寄宿制学校管理的难度更大,要让学校的领导和教师真正地解放出来,实施有效管理,必须在学生自主管理
