综述了黑龙江垦区（以下称垦区）土壤侵蚀状况，分析了垦区土壤侵蚀发生的自然因素和人为因素，并结合垦区当前情况，提出相应的防治对策。
The status of soil erosion in reclamation area of Heilongjiang Province (hereinafter referred to as reclamation area) was reviewed. The natural and man - made factors of soil erosion in reclamation area were analyzed. Combining with the current situation in reclamation area, the corresponding control measures were put forward.
