2007-2013年是服装电子企业的黄金发展时期,在风险资本的孕育下,一大批服装B2C企业飞速发展。本手首先从经济学的角度简单分析其市场结构;然后,从竞争优势的角度,服装B2C企业竞争力的四大因素;接着,结合VANCL和PPG等案例,据此总结出服装B2C企业的竞争优势与竞争劣势;最后,得出提升我国服装B2C企业竞争优势的若干启示。
2007-2013 is the era of gold development of apparel electronics enterprises. Under the circumstance of venture capital, a large number of apparel B2C enterprises are developing rapidly. Firstly, we analyze the market structure briefly from the economic point of view. Secondly, from the perspective of competitive advantage, we analyze the four major factors that affect the competitiveness of garment B2C enterprises. Then we conclude the competition of B2C garment enterprises based on the case of VANCL and PPG Advantage and disadvantage of competition; finally, some enlightenment of promoting the competitive advantage of China’s garment enterprises B2C.
