目的:探索B超诊断肾肿瘤的准确率。材料和方法:45例肾肿瘤患者,男28例,女17例,年龄1～70岁。采用日立EVB-25型及ALQKA-280型适时B超诊断仪。比较B超及病理所见。结果:B超诊断与病理所见的符合率为95.56％。结论:B超诊断肾肿瘤准确率高,无痛苦,价格低,是区别肾占位性病变性质良恶的首选方法。
Objective: To explore the accuracy of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal tumors. Materials and Methods: Forty-five patients with renal tumors, 28 males and 17 females, aged from 1 to 70 years old. Using Hitachi EVB-25 and ALQKA-280-based timely B-ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. B ultrasound and pathology seen. Results: The coincidence rate of B-ultrasound and pathology was 95.56%. Conclusion: The diagnostic accuracy of B-ultrasound in renal tumors is high, pain-free and low in price. It is the first choice to distinguish benign and malignant renal lesions.
