现代企业管理制度的建立对人工成本的管理范围作出了较为合理的界定,使得企业人工成本管理进入了一个全新的阶段。煤炭企业虽然已经开展了相应的人工成本统计工作,但是由于长期受到计划经济体制的影响,其人工成本控制概念和对于人工成本的控制与分析还有待加强,本文在对煤炭企业人工成本管理的重要性以及存在问题分析的基础上,探讨如何加强煤炭企业的人工成本管理。
