上海城市管理职业技术学院是公办全日制高等院校,隶属于上海市建设和交通委员会。学院坐落在黄浦江畔、毗邻共青森林公园,环境幽雅,学院是国家建设部教育工作先进单位、国家建设类一级资质培训机构、上海市文明单位、示范性高职院校建设单位。学院前身为上海市业余土木建筑学院(1956年创立),著名市政和道路工程专家赵祖康为第一任院长。2001年4月,转型为独立设置的高等职业技术学院,现任院长为王其康先生。学院多层次,多渠道开辟合作交流新领域,与加拿大瑞尔申大学开展教师互访;与新加坡理工学院、芬兰瓦莎工学院,澳大利亚阿得雷德大学、香港亚太建设交流中心等院校、机构建立了良好的合作交流关系;与德国IB国际联盟联合开办了城市园林(中德合作)专业。2005年,我院土木工程施工与管理、市政工程施工与管理、工程项目管理、旅游管理、城市园林(城市林业管理)、城市园林(中德合作)、应用艺术设计、公共行政管理(城市管理监察)、建筑经济与管理、物业管理、房地产经营管理、工程监理、工商管理等专业、向全国招生。
Shanghai Urban Management Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time colleges and universities, under the Shanghai Construction and Transportation Commission. College is located in the Huangpu River, adjacent to the Evergreen Forest Park, elegant environment, the college is the State Ministry of Education advanced unit of education, a national qualification training institutions, civilized units in Shanghai, a model vocational colleges and construction units. The college formerly known as Shanghai Institute of Amateur Civil Engineering (founded in 1956), the famous municipal and road engineering expert Zhao Zukang as the first dean. April 2001, transformed into an independent college of higher vocational and technical skills, the incumbent president is Mr. Wang Qikang. The college opens up new areas of cooperation and exchange on a multi-level and multi-channel basis and exchanges of visits with Raritan University in Canada. It also cooperates with institutions such as Singapore Polytechnic, Vaasa Polytechnic Institute, University of Adelaide in Australia, Asia-Pacific Construction and Exchange Center of Hong Kong, Institutions to establish a good relationship of cooperation and exchange; and Germany IB International Union jointly launched a city garden (Sino-German cooperation) professional. In 2005, our college civil engineering construction and management, municipal engineering construction and management, project management, tourism management, urban landscape (urban forestry management), urban landscape (Sino-German cooperation), applied art design, public administration Monitoring), construction economy and management, property management, real estate management, engineering supervision, business administration and other major, to the national enrollment.
